Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, demonstrating proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong background in custom Salesforce UI/UX adjustments, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SLDS.
- Proven track record with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, and middleware like MuleSoft).
- Expertise in Salesforce data management, security protocols, and platform governance.
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools, version control (like Azure DevOps, Git), and managing extensive deployments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to architect scalable and resilient Salesforce environments.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and mentoring skills to effectively collaborate, guide teams, and motivate developers.
- Solid grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and capacity to thrive in a rapid-paced setting.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and App Builder required.
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Responsibilities
- Direct the design, development, and execution of Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
- Create sophisticated, scalable custom solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs.
- Tailor, customize, and enhance Salesforce user interfaces, showcasing proficiency in LWC styling, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Salesforce UI/UX standards.
- Oversee large-scale deployments and coordinate release activities, ensuring quality and adherence to enterprise standards.
- Conduct code evaluations, uphold coding protocols, and guarantee high-quality software outputs.
- Develop and execute integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
- Provide customized solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Community Cloud, improving business workflows and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain technical documentation (system designs, data flows, process flows).
- Regularly optimize the Salesforce platform through bug rectifications, feature enhancements, and performance upgrades.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and enhancements, advising on best practices and implementation methods.
- Mentor and support junior developers and team members, providing technical direction and fostering skill advancement.
- Establish coding and design guidelines and advocate for innovation across the Salesforce landscape.
