Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or technical consulting, with recent hands-on work in full-stack, cloud, and GenAI applications.
- 3+ years of experience in people management or technical team leadership, with a record of mentoring and developing engineers and architects.
- Direct familiarity with modern AI technologies such as LLMs, diffusion models, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Firefly APIs, Creative Cloud SDKs, GenStudio for Performance Marketing, and enterprise integration methodologies.
- Expertise in cloud deployments (AWS, Azure), CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and enterprise-grade delivery with governance and security.
- Proven experience engaging directly with enterprise customers and simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Ability to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture focused on engineering excellence and continuous learning.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, uncertain environments with a focus on innovative delivery.
- Flexibility to balance hands-on engineering tasks and people leadership, with willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and team support.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and empower a team of Forward Deployed AI Engineers and select Forward Deployed AI Architects.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and enhancing technical delivery efficiency.
- Promote a culture of engineering excellence and innovation, ensuring the team is at the cutting edge of generative AI and enterprise delivery.
- Develop future leaders by enhancing their technical judgment and customer interaction skills.
- Actively participate in strategic customer initiatives, collaborating closely with engineers to design and launch solutions.
- Ensure application of Forward Deployed Engineering principles in collaboration and delivery.
- Serve as the primary point for resolving technical challenges while balancing innovation with governance.
- Uphold delivery excellence, ensuring all engagements yield measurable business value and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and uphold engineering standards across teams, including CI/CD processes and governance practices.
- Collaborate with Directors to align technical strategies and create scalable, reusable solutions.
- Integrate field-validated innovations into product roadmaps, ensuring customer feedback drives product strategies.
- Stay updated on generative AI and enterprise solutions, nurturing team inspiration and knowledge sharing.
- Act as a representative for your team in workshops and forums, showcasing our engineering capabilities and insights.
