- A Security+ CE certification is mandatory.
- Experience in an AWS cloud environment is advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are essential for optimizing complex systems.
- Candidates should have experience executing unit tests.
- Familiarity with modern web APIs is expected.
- I value experience in data modeling and database programming.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed to collaborate across teams and clearly convey technical challenges and solutions.
- I expect candidates to work closely with cross-functional teams (analysts, testers, technical writers, DBAs) to guarantee smooth integration of new features into production environments.
- Leading and mentoring junior developers is a vital component of the role.
Responsibilities

- I will rely on you to spearhead automation initiatives, enhance software delivery speed, and ensure the high availability and performance of our systems.
- Mentoring of junior team members and advocating for best practices across the organization will also be part of your responsibilities.
