Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to have a BA or BS degree along with a minimum of 12 years of experience in software development.
- A Public Trust Tier 2 clearance is essential.
- Expertise as a full-stack developer with robust experience in C#, Angular, and MS SQL Server is necessary.
- A Security+ CE certification is recommended.
- Experience in developing within an AWS cloud environment is preferred.
- I expect candidates to provide DevSecOps support for AWS cloud architecture and deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities are a must, along with the ability to optimize complex systems.
- Proficiency in designing and writing unit tests is required.
- Familiarity with modern web APIs is crucial.
- A solid understanding of data modeling and database programming is essential.
- I value excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while articulating technical challenges and solutions.
- The candidate should be prepared to work closely with cross-functional teams (analysts, testers, tech writers, DBAs) to ensure the seamless integration of new features into production environments.
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimizing build, deployment, and infrastructure processes for maximum performance and reliability is desired.
- I am looking for someone who is capable of leading and mentoring junior developers.
