- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies and data analysis techniques
Responsibilities
- Provide support for plant quality systems and ensure compliance with customer quality standards
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for quality and production challenges
- Create and uphold PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions
- Track KPIs, scrap rates, warranty data, etc., and promote continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality concerns
- Contribute to APQP, PPAP, and the launch of new products
