IT Project Manager - Agile & Scrum Expertise

- Provide project management expertise throughout all project phases, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional groups using established best practices and methodologies - Oversee project execution from planning through solution selection, configuration, implementation, and operational transition, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to timelines and performance metrics - Create comprehensive project plans and prioritize tasks to fulfill objectives, facilitating teamwork as necessary - Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies while delivering defined objectives and work plans within agreed quality and time constraints - Prepare and present proposals, project plans, status updates, and risk documentation to support analysis and communicate progress, challenges, and issues - Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on client needs and prompt resolution of concerns - Skillfully manage and communicate unexpected project developments, including re-planning and adjustments - Operate independently with minimal oversight from senior management - Provide consistent project status updates on progress and value to senior management and stakeholders - Ensure completion of all project deliverables, documentation, and required procedural steps - Undertake additional related activities and deliverables as necessary
