Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in developing and implementing software applications.
- Six (6) years of experience with programming languages preferred.
- Broad knowledge of software, hardware, and computer languages.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Responsibilities
- Act as the lead application developer in the design, deployment, and administration of Oracle EPM.
- Collaborate with Solution Architect and Business Analyst to create solutions that align with stakeholder requirements.
- Oversee and document application testing after each upgrade release.
- Develop and implement application backup and recovery processes.
- Administer application controls and maintain related documentation.
- Engage in the creation of technology-enabled financial systems solutions to address business challenges.
- Provide training and support to both new and existing users, enabling full utilization of system functionalities.
- Assist in formulating project plans for the introduction of new technologies.
- Keep abreast of trends and advancements in technologies affecting the Financial Systems function and Oracle EPM.
- Ensure initiatives and activities align with our organizational culture and objectives.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Complete required compliance training and educational programs.
- Maintain compliance with our Compliance Program.
- Undertake additional related duties as assigned.
