Responsibilities

- Deliver daily help desk assistance for both onsite and remote staff. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows 10/11 and macOS devices. - Manage onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, and device setups. - Address support tickets in Zendesk, Jira, or Asana with prompt communication. - Provide user assistance across a range of applications including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Egnyte, Formstack, RingCentral, and AWS Connect. - Implement basic security measures like multi-factor authentication, password resets, and access reviews. - Oversee device compliance and patching proactively through Intune and Microsoft 365 Admin. - Track IT assets, ensuring secure management and disposal of devices. - Collaborate with external IT partners for escalations, updates, and vendor repairs. - Maintain documentation and refresh internal IT guidelines and processes. ###
