Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 8 years of IT operations and infrastructure experience, ideally within companies ranging from 25 to 100 employees.
- I seek a strong foundation in Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 administration.
- A solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards is necessary.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as ZenDesk, Power BI, and RingCentral is essential.
- I value skills in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Relevant certifications (such as Azure Admin Associate, CISSP, ITIL) are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional leadership are must-haves.
Responsibilities
- I will lead IT operations, including incident response, system uptime, Azure cloud management, VPN, WAF, and staging/production environments.
- I will take ownership of cybersecurity and compliance, implementing measures such as MFA, SSO, password policies, device security, and user access governance.
- I will manage cloud applications and oversee the administration of Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange), along with RingCentral, ZenDesk, Power BI, CertPanel, and GoDaddy.
- I will oversee vendor relationships and budget, negotiating contracts and managing IT expenditures to optimize partnerships.
- I will support users and devices by providing daily IT assistance, ensuring the security of laptops and phones, and managing the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- I will drive IT strategy by developing and executing the IT roadmap in alignment with business objectives, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Support, Finance, and HR teams.

I am offering a competitive total compensation of approximately $120,000 for this role. In addition, you will be eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to measurable outcomes such as system reliability, cybersecurity readiness, cost management, user satisfaction, and the execution of IT roadmap milestones. This structure ensures that your performance incentives are directly connected to both IT excellence and the overall success of the business.
