Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of experience in data labeling, data analysis, or quantitative analysis related to machine learning
- Strong skills in data interpretation, problem-solving, and insights generation
- Ability to link data quality initiatives to measurable model and product outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills for delivering clear, concise feedback and reports
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in dynamic environments
- Experience with mobile apps, gaming, or e-commerce in roles such as QA, campaign management, product management, or analytics
- Familiarity with free-to-play (F2P), in-app purchases (IAP), ad monetization, or user acquisition
Responsibilities
- Curate high-quality benchmark datasets that facilitate unbiased model assessment
- Analyze discrepancies between human evaluations and AI outputs, applying a quantitative analyst mindset to identify trends, edge cases, and underlying causes
- Translate complex product objectives into clear data strategies and actionable insights that enhance labeling guidelines and evaluation criteria
- Act as a data specialist and subject matter expert, shaping definitions of quality checks (e.g., relevance, clarity, and value-add) across products
- Provide prompt insights and recommendations on escalations, serving as both a data interpreter and problem solver
