Requirements
Must:
- We require a graduate-level education combined with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

- We require the ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and operating in varied environments.
Responsibilities
- We install, configure, and maintain advanced security system components and related infrastructure with minimal supervision.
- We perform complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, and systems integration to resolve technical issues on-site.
- We lead smaller installation efforts and support junior technicians through coaching, instruction, and field supervision.
- We provide on-site client support, including operational training, answers to technical questions, and service-oriented communication.
- We complete job documentation accurately and ensure compliance with internal and industry standards, including ISO-9001, CMMI II, and DCAA.
- We collaborate independently and with others to deliver successful project outcomes.
- We maintain company-issued tools and equipment and follow all required safety procedures.
- We continue developing our expertise in compliance, networking, and best practices through ongoing learning.
