Requirements
Must:
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- Proven ability to collaborate within a team setting
- Completion of a minimum of four industry certifications in electronic security and systems integration
- At least 5 years of experience in electronic security, focusing on systems integration, administration, and advanced troubleshooting
- Commitment to continuous professional development in compliance and industry advancements
- Willingness to travel for projects, including overnight stays as necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with peers, supervisors, and clients
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and resolve issues

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain intricate security system components with minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to design specifications
- Oversee site safety, quality, and project timelines to guarantee all activities align with design intents and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and provide guidance to teams of up to five junior and intermediate technicians, facilitating training and project alignment
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics, executing complex programming and system integration tasks independently and collaboratively
- Act as the primary on-site representative for clients, ensuring effective communication with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Complete all necessary job documentation while ensuring compliance with industry and organizational standards including ISO-9001, CMMI II, and DCAA
