Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in electrical construction management.
- Demonstrated capability to oversee complex or extensive construction initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting project priorities.
- Experience in mission critical environments (data centers, hospitals, industrial facilities) is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CM, or electrical-related credentials are advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Lead all stages of construction projects, focusing on mission critical and electrical scopes.
- Supervise project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution phases.
- Effectively coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Track construction progress, identify potential risks, and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and deliver regular progress updates.
- Conduct project meetings and facilitate clear communication among all parties involved.
- Promote continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

This contract position is based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
