Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex, integrated projects
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and operations in consumer channel sales or a comparable setting is highly desired
- Proficient in various Release and Change Management methodologies including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative; experience in an Agile setting is essential
- Practical experience with the Salesforce platform is preferred
- Solid grasp of test automation framework design and industry best practices
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging with all organizational levels
- Skill in facilitating brainstorming sessions to extract lessons learned from implementation in collaboration with business and IS&T teams
- Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to influence peers across all levels to foster accountability and achieve outcomes
- Experience managing projects with a focus on customer engagement and attention to detail
- Capacity to excel in a dynamic, ambiguous work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency to drive results
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the successful deployment of system enhancements and new functionalities from development to production
- Develop Release processes and documentation to reduce customer impact during transitions
- Oversee end-to-end UAT activities, including test process management and team coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams in supporting each Release project plan and conducting post-Release reviews while mentoring other project managers
- Collaborate closely with project teams to comprehend business requirements
- Review requirements documentation to ensure that all specifications are testable
- Formulate test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, and reports for various projects of differing scales
- Create and uphold the test data necessary for UAT scripts and maintain UAT metrics including SLAs and KPIs
- Validate that user expectations are met throughout the testing process
- Document and relay UAT-related risks to Project Management
- Coordinate smoke testing and oversee sales environment planning and production refreshes while reviewing master data flows
- Conduct triage calls and drive issue resolution with IS&T and business partners to close outstanding issues
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive UAT knowledge repository for the BPR team
- Provide UAT best practices and templates, integrating lessons learned to enhance test planning and execution
