Must:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who has over 6 years of experience, particularly in Angular and Java development, with a strong emphasis on Spring Boot and microservices architecture. You should possess proficiency in Java 17, along with relevant frameworks such as Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Spring Data JPA. Experience with MySQL and optimization techniques is essential, along with hands-on familiarity with GraphQL for efficient data retrieval. A solid understanding of Redis Cache to enhance application performance is also required.
Additionally, we expect you to have experience in deploying and managing microservices on AWS ECS, as well as familiarity with AWS services like S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools, along with best practices concerning authentication and security in microservices, is crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate within a team, will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop, enhance, and maintain scalable and efficient microservices utilizing Angular, Java 17, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. You will design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs to facilitate seamless service communication. Your work with Hibernate and MySQL will be critical to optimize database operations and ensure excellent performance. You will leverage Redis cache to boost application performance and alleviate the database load.
Additionally, you will deploy and manage microservices on AWS ECS, integrating with services such as S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch for effective logging and monitoring. Ensuring high code quality through unit and integration testing, as well as continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) is part of your responsibilities. You will also optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply best security practices in microservices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and QA, to deliver high-quality software solutions will be essential, as well as keeping abreast of the latest advancements in Java and AWS and incorporating best practices into your development work.
Description
If you have experience with Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure automation, that will be a plus. Exposure to serverless computing using AWS Lambda, familiarity with API Gateway, Kafka, and event-driven architectures, and experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog are preferred. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related field is ideal, though equivalent industry experience with strong technical expertise will also be taken into account.
