Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience with ServiceTitan software
- 2+ years in the Home Service Industry
- Proficient in ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in technology and business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technology
- Self-motivated and proactive in a dynamic work environment
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and optimize software platforms for Ace Handyman Services
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceTitan and related software
- Assist with the onboarding process of new businesses and ensure smooth integration
- Resolve franchisee and staff issues via a dedicated support ticketing system
- Conduct personalized support sessions for franchisees and staff post-launch
- Manage and execute Mergers and Acquisitions process for ServiceTitan tenants
- Stay updated on new software features to enhance franchisee utilization
- Help setup and optimize ServiceTitan tenants for functionality aligned with business goals
- Offer strategic insights to promote efficient use of the ServiceTitan Center of Excellence
- Communicate monthly progress updates to franchisees and staff on ServiceTitan implementation
