Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong ability to multitask with precision and focus on details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with Service-Titan is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically capable of sitting, walking, and standing for several hours at a time, as well as lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to respond to phone calls promptly.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the sales team to coordinate installation bookings.
- Schedule installations and allocate install crews using Service-Titan.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding installation schedules and completion timelines.
- Prepare necessary permits and documentation prior to installation work.
- Keep the Install Boards updated and organized.
- Ensure the accurate recording of equipment in customer records.
- Register equipment and process rebates as needed for both the company and customers.
- Assist customers in scheduling inspections or addressing post-installation inquiries.
- Conduct follow-up calls post-installation to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
