Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential HVAC installation
- Familiarity with ductwork, piping, oil systems, geothermal technology, and airflow
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Possession of a valid drivers license with a clean motor vehicle record
- High standards regarding craftsmanship and work quality
- Commitment to excellence and integrity in all tasks
- Growth-oriented mindset with a desire for self-improvement
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong team player with a consistently positive attitude
- Reliability and consistency across all responsibilities
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds, stand, kneel, crawl, or climb ladders for extended periods
- Willingness to engage in outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information verbally
Responsibilities
- Install generators and related equipment, including gas lines, in residential and light commercial settings independently
- Assemble and set up heating and air conditioning systems for homes
- Design and implement HVAC systems, ductwork, and piping
- Maintain detailed records of all tasks completed
- Uphold our reputation for exceptional service through all customer interactions
- Undertake special projects and additional tasks as assigned
