Must:

- Skilled in generating diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows for business and data processes
- Ability to create and manage test cases for Quality Assurance
- Familiarity with software and database development concepts
- Experience in developing technical documentation for enterprise software
- Strong background in requirements management and documentation
- Expertise in mapping business processes into technical documentation
- Proficiency in user acceptance testing
- Analytical skills for evaluating business functions
- Practical experience with process documentation and report generation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Visio
- Extensive experience with data visualization techniques
- Effective communication skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SDLC and relevant data systems (e.g., SQL)
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and documentation of detailed business requirements
- Analyze and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for stakeholders
- Author and update internal and external documentation related to projects
- Initiate and deliver formal documentation of requirements
- Study and document business functions to determine operational objectives
- Enhance systems by analyzing and documenting current states and business rules
- Collaborate with team members across various business units for analysis and documentation
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams to study system capabilities
- Translate stakeholder requests into formal requirements for web-based application development
- Create dashboards and reports to improve accessibility and usability for stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality documentation such as business manuals and user guides
