Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in the payments domain
- In-depth understanding of payment systems, cryptocurrencies, and banking APIs
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or a comparable agile certification
- Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Knowledge of industry regulations such as PCI DSS, PSD2, and GDPR
- Technical background in software development or payments infrastructure
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) utilized in payment solutions
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Oversee complete project delivery ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budgetary, and quality constraints
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering team progress while promoting effective communication across teams
- Track project progress, generate reports, and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices related to payments
- Leverage payments domain expertise to understand technical requirements, risks, and opportunities
- Promote process enhancements and encourage an agile mindset within the organization
