Requirements
Must:
- Five to eight years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and core technical responsibilities, including software installation, upgrades, support packages, patches, workload analysis, and system error analysis.
- Proven experience (at least five years) with operational systems for Public Sector clients.
- Minimum of five years experience with Linux/DB2 and Windows/MSSQL.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors software for Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Assist in maintaining both SAP On-Premise applications and cloud-based SuccessFactors software.
- Conduct performance monitoring and maintenance across multiple landscapes.
- Analyze system errors and manage workload effectively to ensure optimal performance.
