Requirements
Must:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in Core Backend Software Development
- Strong algorithm and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to translate business use cases into technical solutions
- Fast learner, creative, results-oriented, self-motivated, and solution-focused
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proactive attitude and strategic thinker
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automation (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, similar DevOps tools)
- Experience in performance optimizations and JVM profiling
- Mentorship experience with junior developers
- knowledge in Level 3 production support
- Extensive knowledge in Core Java, with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Proficient in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and REST APIs
- Good understanding of multi-threading and concurrency
Responsibilities
- Engage in software development with a focus on Java and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Level 3 support for production systems
- Collaborate on CI/CD automation processes
- Optimize system performance and conduct JVM profiling
- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team
- Translate business needs and challenges into effective technical solutions
- Contribute to the development of microservices and RESTful APIs
- Maintain a can-do attitude and drive change within the team
- Participate in sprint planning and execution as a Scrum Master, when required
