Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Visualforce
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Practical experience utilizing Flows, Process Builder, and other automation tools
- Integration knowledge with REST/SOAP APIs; experience with Middleware (MuleSoft is advantageous)
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment tools such as SFDX, Git, and CI/CD practices
- Strong comprehension of the Salesforce data model and security protocols
- Background in Agile methodologies
- Significant experience within the investment banking and financial sectors
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin)
- Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Design and develop tailored Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation processes
- Create and sustain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Implement security models within Salesforce, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing configurations
- Engage in requirement analysis, solution design, code development, testing, and deployment processes
- Develop reusable components while ensuring high code quality through best practices
- Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and manage version control for Salesforce releases
- Address production challenges and leverage enhancements
- Collaborate effectively with business analysts, Salesforce admins, and quality assurance teams
