Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in application and server administration (Windows/Linux)
- More than 5 years of experience managing PLM systems (Dassault Systèmes)
- Proficient understanding of user authentication methods such as Kerberos, SAML 2.0, LDAP, etc.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a professional environment while also being capable of working independently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and quickly learn new skills and technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to explain complex issues to varied audiences
- Familiarity with development, collaboration, and testing tools like JIRA, Git, SVN, etc.
- Basic knowledge of databases and Red Hat Linux
- Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Support the IT PLM administration team with engineering applications including ENOVIA, 3DX, and Cameo/Teamwork Cloud through activities such as patching, upgrades, and user assistance
- Develop innovative solutions aimed at reducing repetitive issues and minimizing manual troubleshooting efforts
- Work with IT colleagues to comply with security protocols, vulnerability management, and hardware/software maintenance requirements
- Provide swift and effective support for incidents and outages
- Communicate promptly and directly with business users regarding issues, planned maintenance, and project outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with process owners and subject matter experts to gather business requirements
- Create and maintain support documentation with a focus on precision and comprehensiveness
