Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in application and server administration (Windows/Linux)
- More than 5 years of experience with PLM system administration (Dassault Systèmes)
- Strong knowledge of user authentication methods (e.g., Kerberos, SAML 2.0, LDAP, etc.)
- Proven ability to collaborate and work in a team setting, while also being able to work independently when required
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and learn new skills and technologies quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex issues to various audiences
Responsibilities
- Support the IT PLM administration team in managing engineering applications such as ENOVIA, 3DX, and Cameo/Teamwork Cloud, including tasks like patching and upgrades
- Develop innovative solutions aimed at reducing recurring issues and minimizing manual troubleshooting efforts
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to maintain compliance with security protocols, vulnerability administration, and hardware/software updates and reporting
- Provide timely and efficient assistance with incidents and outages
- Communicate directly and responsively with business users regarding issues, scheduled maintenance, and project outputs
- Work collaboratively with process owners and subject matter experts to gather and understand business needs
- Create and update support documentation, ensuring precision and comprehensive details
