Requirements
Must:
- 6 years of experience in supporting Worksite routine maintenance and upgrades
- 5 years of experience with Teleforms support
- 5 years of experience in developing and conducting technology training for Worksite/Teleform/APA across various user groups, both individually and in classroom settings
- 4 years of experience in designing, installing, creating, and maintaining databases
- 2 years of experience monitoring database and application backups to ensure data recoverability
- 2 years of experience providing technical assistance and subject matter expertise for Worksite and database solutions to agency users as needed
- 2 years of experience working with network operations teams to troubleshoot Worksite-related issues
- 2 years of experience collaborating with Database Administrators to enhance database efficiency and performance
- 2 years of experience in migrating legacy SQL applications
- 2 years of familiarity with web-based software architecture
- Proven ability to create and publish workflow forms and electronic processes to minimize paper usage
- Capability to develop and customize forms for data capture and scanning
Responsibilities
- Execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the Department of Medicaid (DOM)
- Oversee routine maintenance and upgrades for the Worksite program
- Support and assist in the use of Teleforms
- Develop and deliver training sessions on Worksite/Teleform/APA technology for users in various settings
- Design, install, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor databases and application backups for reliability
- Provide expert technical assistance to agency users on Worksite and database functionalities
- Collaborate with network operations to resolve Worksite issues
- Work alongside Database Administrators to achieve efficiency in database management
- Migrate legacy SQL applications to current systems
- Create and publish forms and electronic workflows to streamline processes

We are iManage Services, located in Jackson, MS, seeking an Assistant Database Administrative/Worksite Specialist for a three-year contract with the possibility of two additional one-year renewals.
