Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution
- At least one year of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying production-grade applications
- Proficiency in Android development using Kotlin and Java
- Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design principles
- Familiarity with mobile frameworks and architecture patterns such as MVC and MVP
- Experience with development tools like Android Studio
- Knowledge of REST, Graph-QL, and JSON
- Skills in unit testing and bug fixing
- Ability to efficiently work with legacy code
- Capability to organize tasks and delegate work within a team
- Attention to detail and a passion for building effective user-focused products
- Willingness to learn new technologies and programming standards
Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test application software while ensuring compliance with functional requirements
- Modify existing software to accommodate evolving needs and enhance performance
- Prepare and uphold comprehensive documentation throughout the development process
- Generate instructions and user documentation for operators and users
- Create test data and validate software for functionality and accuracy
- Provide programming support to analytic staff and collaborate on modeling and development activities
- Code efficiently while adhering to established programming standards
- Execute additional duties as directed
