Requirements
Must:
- Successful completion of a relevant applied computing program (CST, Cybersecurity, etc)
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- High levels of professionalism
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with network and security operations, configuration, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and consultation
- Triage, process, and investigate customer inquiries via tickets, emails, and calls
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Perform alert triaging, response, and investigation
- Generate reports for managed network and security services
- Maintain and comply with SOC documentation requirements
