Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience providing strategic advice on system design and process flows
- 2 years of expertise in Siemens TeamCenter Unified and its design principles, particularly in integration methodologies
- Proven experience leading and managing a project team of 5 or more individuals
- Masters degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
- Siemens PLM Certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with TeamCenterX or other cloud-based PLM solutions (preferred)
- Understanding of Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry-specific processes and regulations (preferred)
- Current US citizenship with no dual citizenship allowed
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
- Willingness to travel to St. Louis, MO weekly (Monday-Thursday)
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic consultant to clients, delivering expert advice on PLM-to-SAP integration and aligning with industry best practices
- Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify solution options, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Architect high-level solutions for smooth integration between Siemens TeamCenter and SAP ERP, particularly for inbound flows like EBOM/MBOM
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for PLM-SAP integration, including Level 1 and Level 2 documentation during initial project phases
- Formulate strategies for data synchronization to guarantee precise and consistent data exchange between PLM and SAP systems
- Enhance existing integrations to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency
- Diagnose and rectify intricate integration challenges to maintain stability across PLM and ERP environments
