Requirements

Must:
- At least 8 years of experience providing client advisory on system design and process flows - Minimum of 4 years as a Siemens Opcenter Subject Matter Expert, familiar with MOM/MES platforms like SIMATIC IT - Proven experience in leading and managing project teams of 5 or more individuals - Masters degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Technology, or a related domain is preferred - Familiarity with IoT platforms, edge computing, and Industry 4.0 technologies in manufacturing, advantageous - Knowledge of industry-specific processes and regulations in Aerospace & Defense is a plus - Must be a U.S. citizen (no dual citizenship) - Active Secret Clearance required - Willingness to relocate or commute to St. Louis, MO, Monday through Thursday

- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in best practices and innovative methods for integrating Siemens Opcenter with SAP - Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and offer actionable recommendations with clear justifications - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary liaison for MES-SAP integration efforts - Develop high-level architecture to facilitate smooth data exchange between SAP and Siemens Opcenter/MOM/MES - Produce and maintain technical design documentation for MES-SAP integrations, ensuring alignment with both business and technical needs - Formulate data synchronization strategies and collaborate with Data Architects on process and data mapping - Enhance existing SAP-MES integrations for timely data interchange, performance improvement, and operational efficiency - Diagnose and rectify complex integration challenges across the manufacturing IT/OT interface - Ensure data consistency, integrity, and traceability within MES and SAP systems
