Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
- Proficient in JavaScript for both client-side and server-side scripting and development
- Skilled in integrating systems using REST, SOAP, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, and web services
- Strong understanding of database architecture, including RDBMS design and CMDBs
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD
- Previous experience as a ServiceNow developer or architect with excellent facilitation and strategic advisory skills
- Experience in client-facing roles, system implementations, and business process analysis
Bonus Points:
- Advanced academic degree preferred
- Over 10 years of industry experience
- ServiceNow Technical Architect certification is a plus
- Certified Master Architect (CMA)
- Demonstrated capability to assess client requirements and current states, providing actionable recommendations
- Proven track record of managing expectations for high-profile clients while building trust
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept in presentation and project management, with a knack for mentoring
