Requirements

Must:
- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development - Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified System Administrator - Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio - Proficient with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub - Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps principles - Knowledge of RMF and federal software accreditation processes - Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus - Understanding of FedRAMP, NIST, or DoD compliance frameworks - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools - Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs) - Prior involvement with federal agencies or defense programs - Demonstrated leadership in technical teams, including mentoring and code reviews - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Bachelors degree is preferred - Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required

Responsibilities

- Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and scoped applications - Design, code, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and their integrations - Analyze requirements, user stories, and wireframes in a collaborative agile team - Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub - Lead ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and module deployments - Conduct code reviews, define development standards, and enforce security best practices - Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to ensure stability and performance - Create technical documentation and offer training to stakeholders - Maintain strict adherence to RMF, FedRAMP, and other federal security frameworks - Support software accreditation and uphold application integrity
