Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and WMS
- Strong knowledge in EWM goods receipt, delivery, subcontracting, and production order kitting
- Proven experience in team leadership roles
- Background in Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO projects
- Familiarity with Dassian software and its integration with SAP solutions
- Relevant SAP certifications are advantageous
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead the gathering of business process requirements from clients
- Develop comprehensive configuration rationales and design specifications, as well as configure the system accordingly
- Implement functional solutions to address client-specific needs
- Formulate testing strategies and oversee complex testing initiatives
- Prepare related documentation including RICEFW objects, testing models, and scripts
- Maintain, enhance, and configure SAP processes, including those interfacing with other applications
- Facilitate collaboration with technical and functional teams to ensure solutions align with all functional requirements
- Manage a team, offering mentorship and training to junior members
- Conduct design review meetings; document and distribute meeting notes
- Provide support for configuration adjustments, creation of training materials, and data transition
- Assist with unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; document results to demonstrate successful implementation
- Support production cutover processes, providing documentation to verify successful execution
- Oversee post-go-live support, managing defects and maintaining documentation
