Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience with SAP Sales & Distribution
- 7+ years of experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA Order Management
- Thorough understanding of SD aspects including Configuration, Master Data, and Reporting
- Experience with pricing mechanisms involving Condition Tables, Condition Types, Access Sequences, Pricing Procedures, Chargebacks, and Rebates
- Knowledge of the Available to Promise (ATP) process related to Back Order processing, Production Allocation, and Order Scheduling
- Proven experience in team leadership, including mentoring junior members
- Proficient in Dassian contract management and billing from multiple projects
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO projects
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus (not mandatory)
Eligibility Requirements:
- U.S. citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Must possess an active Secret Clearance
- Natural born U.S. citizenship required
- Must reside locally in St. Louis, MO (preferred) or Philadelphia, PA; or be open to weekly travel to these locations (Monday-Thursday)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and continual enhancement of SAP SD modules
- Create and maintain Sales Documents, Deliveries, and Billing processes
- Formulate testing strategies and oversee complex testing phases
- Manage a team while providing mentorship and guidance to junior members
- Lead design review meetings, documenting and distributing meeting notes
- Offer support for configuration alterations, training material creation, and data transformation
- Facilitate unit, integration, and UAT testing, ensuring documentation of successful outcomes
- Assist with production cutover and maintain documentation for successful execution
- Provide hypercare support post-go-live, addressing defects, and ensuring thorough documentation
