Requirements
Must:
- We require at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- We need strong capability in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and the Power Platform.
- We require experience working with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integration technologies.
- We look for familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- We need excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and problem-solving skills.
- We require strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
- We value experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- We prefer candidates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with data migration and ETL tools and methods is a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling for Dynamics 365 deployments is desirable.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.
- Prior experience improving CRM performance and service delivery with client stakeholders is beneficial.
- Experience supporting CRM solutions in a federal government setting is highly desirable.
- We require U.S. citizenship.
- We require eligibility to obtain a government Public Trust clearance.
- Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- We design, develop, and deliver customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- We configure Dynamics modules to align with business needs, including entity setup, form design, views, business rules, and automated processes.
- We connect Dynamics 365 with other enterprise platforms through APIs, web services, and middleware such as Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate.
- We partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather needs and convert them into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
- We perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and oversee deployment of enhancements and updates.
- We provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, performance tuning, and issue resolution for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- We create and maintain clear technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and operational procedures.
- We ensure our solutions follow Microsoft best practices, compliance obligations, and established security standards.
