Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience
- Proficient in building and maintaining web applications using:
- React with TypeScript (or similar frameworks like Vue or Angular)
- Python (or another modern backend language) for backend services and RESTful API development
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, S3 (preferred)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline infrastructure or deployments (DevOps) (preferred)
- Understanding of 508 compliance/accessibility testing (preferred)
- Experience writing or maintaining automated tests (preferred)
- Background in Agile or Scrum-based team settings (preferred)
- Bachelors degree is a plus
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lead Engineer and team members to design, develop, test, and deliver comprehensive software solutions in an Agile setting
- Contribute to all application layers, including frontend user interfaces, backend services, and data layers
- Translate functional requirements into technical implementations
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
- Support integration efforts with other software systems and databases
- Participate in code reviews and assist with testing and deployment processes
- Maintain existing deployed applications
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities
