Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with customer data, including designing and implementing marketing customer data models.
- 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
- 3+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), such as Adobe, Salesforce, Treasure Data, Zeta Global, Tealium, Amperity, Redpoint Global, or Twilio.
- 1+ year of experience with real-time integration via web services, ideally via SnapLogic, Mulesoft, Apigee, Talend, or Informatica Cloud.
- English proficiency, as this role regularly interacts with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other countries where English is the common language.
- A University degree is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with project management to develop the overall implementation solution plan and oversee aspects of the project life cycle, from kickoff through requirements analysis, design, and implementation phases.
- Design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies using data integration technologies.
- Work with business and technology client representatives to gather functional and technical requirements.
- Create API/ETL integrations and customer data model designs.
- Participate in client-facing meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
- Serve as a lead of an integration and/or data architecture team.
- Stay informed of the latest technology trends and innovations, particularly in the areas of data integration, master data management, and related platforms.
