Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a scientific, technical, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Over 4 years of experience in technical writing within a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, or related fields)
- Proven experience in crafting and revising SOPs, validation documentation, and quality-related materials
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and document practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate across functions and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Responsibilities
- Create, revise, and uphold technical documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, validation protocols, and reports
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to ensure documentation aligns with GMP regulations and operational protocols
- Assist in documenting validation activities, such as process, equipment, and cleaning validation
- Ensure all documents comply with regulatory standards (FDA, cGMP) and internal quality criteria
- Aid in document control processes, including versioning, change controls, and approvals
- Review existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and compliance; propose and implement enhancements
- Support audit readiness initiatives and assist during internal and external inspections as required
- Convert complex technical data into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for diverse audiences
