Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in analytics, statistics, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Significant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a comparable analytical role
- Practical expertise with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL, including the ability to construct dashboards and generate reports for leadership and business stakeholders
- Proven experience in reviewing operational and financial data and analyzing its business implications
- Strong capability to take initiative in analysis, critically evaluate data, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify metrics and insights for informed decision-making
- Preference for candidates with healthcare industry experience; familiarity with radiology, imaging, EHR, RIS, PACS, or revenue cycle data is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain dashboards and reports that monitor clinical performance, operational efficiency, business development activities, and financial outcomes utilizing Power BI and Tableau
- Collaborate directly with clinical leaders, operations teams, and executives to comprehend workflow, productivity, turnaround times, staffing levels, and capacity utilization
- Analyze referral, marketing, and market data to facilitate growth and strategic business decisions
- Partner with finance teams to assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling related to staffing, growth initiatives, and operational adjustments
- Translate complex data into clear explanations and summaries for executive and leadership audiences, emphasizing trends, risks, and opportunities rather than merely presenting numbers
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency by verifying sources, reconciling discrepancies, and documenting definitions and reporting logic across various systems
