Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Over 5 years of pertinent experience or the requisite knowledge, skills, and competencies for success in this position
- Extensive experience and advanced skill in PowerShell scripting and designing enterprise-level Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for automation and platform management
- Significant familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including a solid understanding of integration patterns involving Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD
- Experience in enterprise change management and cross-functional communication
- Strong grasp of IT security principles, including secure application architecture and data governance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted tools for accelerating solutions and automation
- Expertise in Power Platform development, encompassing Dataverse and custom connectors
- Advanced skills in SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, and governance
- Capability to lead platform modernization efforts and encourage the adoption of new technologies
- Proficient in establishing technical standards, best practices, and training materials
- Solid project management abilities to effectively steer cross-functional initiatives while balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to provide guidance and mentorship for technical teams
Responsibilities
- Guide the design, governance, and lifecycle management of SharePoint Online and Power Platform ecosystems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic business objectives
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to enhance business operations and deliver measurable benefits
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable technical roadmaps and solutions
- Act as the primary escalation point for SharePoint and Power Platform challenges, facilitating root cause analysis and resolution of intricate issues
- Establish and enforce governance policies, security protocols, and compliance standards across various solutions
- Monitor and enhance platform performance, availability, and user experience through proactive optimization and automation
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including architectural diagrams, standard operating procedures, and user training materials
- Work closely with the IT Security team to ensure adherence to organizational security policies, data protection regulations, and compliance mandates
- Advocate for the use of Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven tools to automate administrative functions, boost productivity, and support secure solution development
