Requirements
Must:

- Facilitate onboarding calls, customer meetings, and training sessions to ensure users become proficient with the platform
- Keep precise project notes, status reports, and documentation throughout the implementation journey
- Assist with internal documentation, process support, and other team-related tasks as necessary

We are Accentuate Staffing, collaborating with a healthcare technology company seeking a Client Onboarding Consultant to guide customers in utilizing our software platform. This role presents a wonderful opportunity for those who thrive in customer interactions, value organization, and enjoy guiding clients from initiation to completion in a dynamic, client-focused environment. The position combines aspects of project coordination, customer communication, software configuration, and training. This is an on-site contract lasting between 1 to 2 years, and we are looking for candidates with a background in SaaS, client-facing projects, or software onboarding. However, we are also open to individuals eager to develop in this area who excel at detail management, maintaining momentum, and building strong professional relationships.
