Requirements
Must:
- Advanced hands-on experience with Zapier is essential
- Strong familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data mapping, logic paths, and troubleshooting automation
- Capability to develop organized, effective, and reliable workflows
- Excellent systems-thinking and technical problem-solving abilities
- Experience in creating custom integrations across various software platforms
- Skill to work independently in a remote context while maintaining robust communication and collaboration
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Prior experience in the insurance sector or with insurance technology platforms is highly preferred
- Knowledge of CRM systems, form tools, and other business software platforms is advantageous
- Experience with scripting, API testing tools, or technical integration environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated automation workflows utilizing Zapier
- Establish custom API links between insurance technology platforms and business software tools
- Convert project requirements into scalable and reliable automation solutions
- Diagnose integration problems, enhance workflow performance, and improve system behavior
- Create efficient automations using filters, paths, webhooks, custom logic, and multi-step designs
- Collaborate with a dedicated project manager and internal team members to successfully complete automation projects
- Clearly and accurately document workflows, technical specifications, and integration structures
- Investigate tools, platforms, and technical solutions that promote innovation and efficiency
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of our integration department
