Requirements
Must:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively engage with staff, faculty, students, parents, and volunteers
- Good judgment and discretion in managing sensitive or confidential information
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Adaptability to shifting deadlines, priorities, and new assignments
- Completion of at least one year in a relevant IT program
- Preferred: Familiarity with Chromebooks and Windows laptops
- Commitment to supporting the mission of the Academy of Holy Angels
- Successful passing of background check
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Accidental Damage and Protection repair program
- Manage first-line support for computer troubleshooting and repairs
- Respond swiftly to helpdesk requests
- Provide support for classroom and audio-visual equipment
- Assist with networking, Wi-Fi, hardware, and system maintenance
Description
We are the Academy of Holy Angels Catholic High School, looking for a dedicated Technology Help Desk Specialist to join our team. This full-time role requires in-person availability Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, along with benefits such as dental and health insurance, an employee discount, a health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, a retirement plan, and vision insurance.
