Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (RSLogix 500, Studio 5000, CCW)
- Strong proficiency with Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal, S7, SIMATIC)
- Mandatory experience with Ignition SCADA
- Familiarity with HMI tools: FactoryTalk View, WinCC
- Solid experience with SQL and relational databases
- Willingness to travel across the U.S. for on-site support
- Manufacturing or plant automation experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript scripting in Ignition is advantageous
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to engage with customers effectively

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PLC and SCADA applications to support our manufacturing automation projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in PLC and SCADA systems
- Collaborate with team members on system architecture and design
- Provide on-site support for clients across various U.S. locations
- Create and implement enhancements to existing systems for improved performance
- Document all programming and troubleshooting processes
- Assist in training clients and team members on system usage and best practices
Description
We are seeking an experienced PLC/SCADA Developer for our client, a global leader in manufacturing and automation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced technologies across multiple locations including Milwaukee, WI; Toledo, OH; St. Joseph, MO; and Portland, OR. This is a 6+ months contract role, where you will be a key player in a dynamic team.
