Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience developing production solutions utilizing Tungsten TotalAgility
- Demonstrated capability in designing workflows and user interfaces, with proficiency in related APIs (e.g., job/activity queries, sorting, filtering)
- Strong programming skills in C#/.NET; some familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript for customizing forms
- Experience working with Tungsten/Kofax Capture and familiarity with VRS, classification/extraction, and OCR/ICR pipelines
- Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions and communicate potential trade-offs effectively
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and a proven record in responding to production incidents and performance optimization
- Nice to have: Experience integrating LLMs into TotalAgility solutions; familiarity with cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS); understanding of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) patterns; domain knowledge in financial services, insurance, or public sector; Tungsten/Kofax certifications

Responsibilities
- Design and develop TotalAgility solutions by modeling business process maps, business rules, automated and user activities, forms, and related artifacts
- Implement capture workflows, including classification/extraction and transformation pipelines
- Configure and enhance Import/Message Connectors, external system integrations (REST/SOAP/SDK), and event pipelines
- Build efficient support DLLs, APIs, and microservices (mainly in C#/.NET) to facilitate business functionality and orchestrate comprehensive workflows
- Ensure security and compliance by adopting secure coding practices, establishing role-based access, maintaining auditability, and ensuring data governance across workflow assets and integrations
- Generate developer-level documentation and solution runbooks; mentor team members and collaborate with citizen developers following established guidelines
