Workday Senior System Analyst - Time & Absence

Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science required
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
- Familiarity with Cloud-based HR Systems, preferably Workday
- Understanding of Workday modules, specifically US Timekeeping and Absence is essential
- Experience with Workday HCM and Payroll modules is beneficial
- Workday certification or training is a plus
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement solutions in Workday to manage Timekeeping and Absence for the US, Ireland, Mexico, and Costa Rica
- Gather and comprehend customer requirements and collaborate with the project team to determine suitable approaches and outcomes
- Coordinate schedules for deliverables to meet customer timelines and provide guidance to clients or service partners
- Offer insights and suggestions to project architects to refine final solutions
- Work closely with architects in your workstream to ensure identified solutions are thorough and correct for implementation
- Document HR business requirements and transform them into system designs
- Create, update, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, including regression tests of new functionalities before deployment
- Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to compliance checklists
- Ensure project timelines are adhered to, and address any delays with leadership
- Partner with functional leads to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
- Manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
- Engage actively in Workday Community, training, and regional user groups to stay updated on trends and innovations
