Senior SAP Supply Chain Lead

- Provide in-depth technical guidance and leadership for the design, development, and support of SAP applications that facilitate Abbotts global supply chain operations. - Deliver new functionalities, enhancements, and system maintenance for operational efficiency. - Prepare functional and technical specifications and oversee the development, testing, and deployment of effective solutions. - Assist in the development of functional architecture, shaping solution architecture and integration patterns in line with the global SAP roadmap. - Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and internal business units; lead requirements-gathering workshops; and drive complex global project implementations. - Ensure adherence to Corporate and Divisional policies, execute configuration reviews, functional testing, design validation, and user training during hypercare support. - Act as a technical expert, leading project teams in developing, testing, and implementing new business capabilities or enhancements. - Conduct research to provide architectural and technical insights on integrating emerging SAP technologies. - Validate solution designs, monitor performance, plan capacity, and support the installation, testing, and upgrading of SAP releases and related tools. - Define and maintain standards for SAP-SCM solution architecture, develop integration designs, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security guidelines. - Review and approve functional and technical solution designs, influencing the long-term SAP platform strategy and roadmap decisions. - Recommend and evaluate new software, tools, and methodologies while configuring SAP systems to meet business requirements. - Deliver all necessary project documentation, including change requests, specifications, test results, and validation artifacts.
