Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- An advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing enterprise IAM solutions or similar environments.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing technical strategies, architectures, and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects and teams to design, develop, and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, utilizing BeyondTrust PAM products and potentially other necessary products to fulfill security needs.
- Evolve the current PAM Governance Strategy to align with changing enterprise requirements.
- Consult on security policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring security requirements are straightforward and accessible while developing reference architectures and implementation patterns.
- Drive the reduction of technical debt within the existing PAM Identity platform as part of ongoing modernization and optimization efforts.
- Ensure a successful handover of project deliverables to support, maintenance, and operations teams.

You will ensure that all PAM solutions implemented by the Identity Access Management (IAM) PAM team are well-architected and integrated with other IAM components, leading to secure and effective implementations of use cases.
