Requirements

Must:
- An Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is preferred. - At least 4 years of experience in IT technical roles. - Strong project management capabilities. - Knowledge of business processes related to IT. - In-depth understanding of relevant IT technologies and products. - Experience with GxP validation. - Solid interdisciplinary skills, with the ability to influence and network effectively.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with user groups to assess business requirements and implement effective technological solutions. - Provide advanced technical support across various platforms and applications. - Lead system development, process analysis, integrations, and design/re-engineering projects. - Oversee system deployments, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. - Maintain expertise in multiple software or business applications (ERP and/or MES is preferred). - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and suggest proactive improvements. - Ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and validation requirements for both Quality and Non-Quality systems. - Clearly communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.
