Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development.
- Proven ability to deliver cross-functional IT programs within a corporate setting.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience in a global matrix organization.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with technologies associated with Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and website development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to assess business propositions, prioritize projects, and develop strategic plans.
- Establish project objectives, goals, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
- Create and execute comprehensive work plans, schedules, and frameworks to monitor milestones and project progression.
- Ensure compliance of Legal and OEC applications with corporate and division-specific standards.
- Manage scope adjustments, risks, and issues while implementing resolution strategies.
- Supervise external vendors and delivery partners to achieve project targets.
- Oversee project budgets and financial performance in relation to plans.
- Provide updates on project status through timely reporting and support decision-making processes.
- Document lessons learned and secure final project approvals.
